Through individualized coaching packages, your organization will receive 2 hours of initial training followed by 3 or more weekly coaching sessions to learn, plan, develop & practice the skills needed to inclusively and successfully engage neurodivergent children, teens & young adults.

The Inclusion Coaching Process

1. Fill out our Inclusion Coaching Screening Form here.
2. Janelle will reach out to schedule a 30 minute planning meeting with Organization leader/s.
3. During or just after your planning meeting, Janelle will schedule your 2 hour Initial Training as well as three, 1-hour coaching sessions.
  - Our admin team will collect a deposit for 50% of the training costs. The balance will be due 24 hours prior to your Initial Training.
4. Complete your 2 hour Initial Training.
  - In-person training may be available within 1 hour of travel time from Cleveland Park Metro Station in DC
5. Complete three, 1 hour coaching sessions.
6. Anytime within 1 year of your Initial Training, you can contact Janelle to book optional additional coaching sessions.
Coaching Package
- 5.5 Hours of Collaboration, $2,100
  - 30 minute Planning Meeting to identify your specific needs
  - 2 hour Initial Training to orient your team
  - 3 weekly, 1 hour Coaching Sessions to support your team in applying their new skills
Add On Coaching
- Anytime within 1 year of completing an initial Coaching Package, you are invited to add on additional, 1 hour coaching sessions as needed.
  - Coaching Sessions 4-6, $350/session
  - Any Coaching Sessions 7 +, $280/session
Site Visit
- Optional site visits may be available for the Initial Training or any 2 hour or longer coaching sessions.
  - Travel Time is billed @ $280/hour
  - Available for any locations within 1 hour of travel time from Cleveland Park Metro Station in DC.
Payment
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling your Initial Training.
- Any remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the Initial Training Session.
Coaching Package
- 5.5 Hours of Collaboration, $1365
  - 30 minute Planning Meeting to identify your specific needs

Add On Coaching
