RATES
Each therapist’s rates are set based on their level of experience and training. These rates reflect the investment they’ve made to provide you and your family with the best treatment possible as well as their commitment to consistently building their skills and experience.
Level 5: clinical counselor, advanced
Laura Morlok, LCPC, LPC, RPT-S [MD , VA & DC]
Within PTC, our advanced level counselors have been independently licensed for a minimum of seven (7) years. These counselors have received advanced training and often specialized certifications in areas such as Play Therapy or Sand Tray Therapy. In addition to therapy, these clinicians may be available to provide Supervision and Peer Consultation.

Initial Intake, 60 minutes: $350

Level 4: Clinical Counselor, intermediate

Our intermediate level counselors have been independently licensed as LCPCs or LCSW-Cs for a minimum of three (3) years and/or have areas of advanced training. They engage in regular consultation with Laura Morlok, LCPC, LPC, RPT-S and the rest of our clinical team.

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC) have earned their Master’s degree and obtained their full clinical license, having completed a minimum of 3,000 hours of clinical experience! Our LCPCs receive direct consultation from Laura Morlok, LCPC, LPC, RPT-S and engage in ongoing consultation with the rest of our clinical team.

Our Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPCs) have earned their Master’s degree, having successfully completed their clinical internship(s) and passed a licensing exam. LGPCs are in the process of obtaining their full clinical license and receive direct supervision from Laura Morlok, LCPC, LPC, RPT-S and benefit from ongoing consultation with the rest of our clinical team.

Interns are carefully selected through a rigorous application process to join our team as they work towards earning their Master’s degree. They are directly supervised by Laura Morlok, LCPC, LPC, RPT-S as well as by their internship/field placement supervisor at their college.
Our interns are paired with our licensed therapists as they progress from shadowing to collaborating and eventually independently working with clients as their skills grow.
Receiving therapy from a graduate-level intern is a fantastic opportunity to connect with someone who is actively engaged in the learning process and closely supported by multiple therapists and clinicians.
In cases of financial need, our interns are able to offer significantly reduced rate openings for new clients. Just ask!
