LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST

Serving Maryland, TEXAS & PSYPACT® CLIENTS

TESTING & THERAPY

I am a licensed psychologist offering in person comprehensive testing services for ages 3 and older as well as therapy for ages 10 and up in North Bethesda, Maryland. I also serve clients ages 16 and older virtually at Playful Therapy Connections throughout Maryland, Texas and PSYPACT® states.

I have been a therapist for children, adolescents, adults, and families for over 15 years in multiple outpatient therapy settings. Most recently I spent 12 years as a pediatric psychologist providing therapy and administering psychological evaluations at Children's Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. In addition, I provided supervision to mental health clinicians and medical residents, as well as trainings to medical staff on a variety of psychological topics.

Prior to starting graduate school in psychology, I lived in Spain, Japan, and Singapore and travelled extensively throughout those regions, learning about different cultures, meeting warm and wonderful people, and eating delicious food!

What does my experience mean for you as my client?

My experience lends itself to a love of getting to know and learning about each individual person, as well as celebrating individuals of all abilities, identities, and diversities.

Outside of the office, you can find me with a good book, cooking, or going to art museums and galleries. I also love taking my dog for walks in nature!

Get Started

I am particularly passionate about providing safe spaces for survivors of trauma, including sexual abuse, and practicing therapy sessions with nature in mind, using Ecotherapy.
